Cloud Print with Edge Mesh Technology

PaperCut Hive was presented to Fleet MPS for BETA testing in July 2020 and was put through its paces in our lab environment. After a year and a half of further development, we believe it to be a most comprehensive cloud print solution and a good fit for our clients who use Xerox devices.

For some time now, we’ve seen clients migrate from on-premise servers to cloud-hosted servers, a move that has historically been troublesome, leaving I.T departments with a difficult decision to either manually deploy print queues or risk print jobs eating bandwidth as they travel out and back into the network. But thanks to PaperCut’s Edge Mesh technology, print release is both fast and reliable, and enables off network users the ability to print.

Via integration with AzureAD, end users benefit from simple self-setup on their desktop and mobile devices including Chromebooks, Android, macOS, iOS, and Windows.

Touchscreen embedded software makes for a powerful and user-friendly experience and enables users to automatically scan to their email with no need to manage address books.

PaperCut Hive has environmentally friendly policies, and when combined with our other environmental solutions, such as PrintReleaf, we can provide businesses with a print solution that is not only highly functional but also highly sustainable, reducing our clients’ environmental impact.
