We are pleased to announce our new Service Request app for Xerox devices.
Fleet MPS strive to take the responsibility of print away from our clients, enabling them to focus on their core business activities. Unfortunately, no matter how proactive we are, sometimes printers do need a little bit of help to get back up and running again, and so to make the process quick and easy, our clients can now log a Service Request directly from the display of the device.
A ticket is immediately logged including diagnostic data from the device which our analysts can use to help diagnose what’s wrong and how best to resolve it quickly.
Available to both new and existing clients. This handy new application will become part of our standard device build. If you haven’t already got the app installed on your Xerox device, then please contact us and we’ll be happy to install it for you.
